The commentaries provide indispensable help for finding one’s bearings during the visit and in the complex history of the Palace and entering into its atmosphere.

- Provided to all individual visitors (ticket holders and those allowed free admission) from 8 years of age
- Distributed in 11 languages: French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Korean, Polish (thanks to the support of the Orange network in Poland).
- For the rooms open permanently for visits: Grand Apartments of the King and Queen, King’s Bedchamber, Œil-de-Bœuf Salon, Council Cabinet Room
- Available on all the days when the Château is open (except for exceptional events)

- Electric vehicle hire, accessible to people with limited mobility, allow you to follow five itineraries leaving from the South Terrace (discovering the Gardens, Trianon and the Queen’s Hamlet, tour of the Grand Canal, tour of the entire Estate) (€30 an hour) – Tel.: +33 (0)1 39 66 97 66

Note, on Grandes Eaux days, only visitors with a palace Passport or a "Grandes Eaux Musicales" ticket are authorised to purchase mini-train ride tickets.
