The publications of the Palace of Versailles

The Palace of Versailles, a monument of architecture with millions of visitors every year, becomes in the authors’ album an unmatched setting for great adventure stories.

Versailles, end of the 18th century
It all begins in the magnificent court of the king of France, where gallant lovers’ talk and amorous intrigues flourish along the sumptuous walks of the park. Little by little some strange anomalies and anachronisms make their appearance… Are the inhabitants of the Palace really free to move around? Who are the Roberts, those mysterious servants as efficient as they are reserved?

Nicolas de Barberon and Maiaut de Rosny, young aristocrats searching for love, begin a dangerous quest that will confront them with an incredible truth!

This album is the first in a trilogy – each volume being independent – dedicated to the Palace of Versailles.
