The Coach Gallery

The Coach Gallery

The Coach Gallery of the Palace of Versailles, located in the King's Great Stable is open again thanks to the sponsorship of the Michelin Corporate Foundation. The collection, composed of 14 coaches, 6 sedan chairs, 6 sledges and around a hundred of saddlery of gala and ornament of trimmings, made to grab the people's attention. Created by the best artists of the Court, they are artistic masterpieces, extravagantly decorated with gold and sculpted details.

BartabasThe National equestrian Academy of Versailles

The originality of this Academy of equestrian art, created in 2003 by Bartabas, lives in the association of a Great School training with other disciplines such as fencing, dance, singing or traditional Kyudo (Japanese archery). That way, the riders acquire a real artistic sensibility which allows them to develop their own directory.
In the Great Stable of the Palace of Versailles, the Academy proposes a lot of shows, as Les Matinales des Écuyers, in which you are the witness of the riders' daily training, and La Voie de l’Écuyer, a choreographic show by Bartabas.
