- Parking in front of the Palace
The Place d’Armes, opposite the Palace, has 2 pay car parks (open 24 hours a day). The car park for individuals is to the right, and the one for group coaches is to the left.
Access free of charge from 7.30 pm to 8.30 am.

- Parking in the Park
You can also access the Park through the Estate’s different gates (Grille de la Reine and Grille Saint Antoine). An alleyway is reserved to coach parking near the Grand Canal. Parking areas for individual cars are available near the Grand Canal, at the Grand Trianon, the Petit Trianon and the Queen’s Hamlet.

Parking fees inside the Park:
- €3 for a motorcycle
- €6 for a car
- €30 for a coach (12 or more passengers)
- Free access for pedestrians, disabled persons and the person accompanying them (upon presentation of proof of eligibility), working taxis, electric vehicles, coaches having purchased 30 admission tickets to Marie-Antoinette’s Estate or Passports (upon presentation of the reservation or tickets), school buses (by written request from school sent to the educational sector: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. On the day of your visit, if you have confirmation of your reservation (guided tour or self-guided tour), go to Entrance B (reserved for groups) at the time indicated with the original of your signed commitment document to obtain your tickets before your visit.
If you have not made a reservation, go to the ticket desk to buy your tickets, and then to Palace Entrance A (reserved to individuals).

There is a fee for certain activities in the gardens during the high season on Fountain Show and Musical Gardens days. Groups that have reserved activities or visits in the gardens (indicated by a * in the programme) must buy tickets at the ticket desks located at the entrance to the gardens before starting the activity or visit.

 

"Palace of Versailles" app: the official Palace tour app

This app accompanies you through the rooms. It tells you how the King and Court lived and presents some of the masterpieces. This app lets visitors prepare their visit easily, guiding them through the Grand Apartments, the Apartments of Mesdames and the Gallery of Battles, and gives a better understand the Palace.
Available in French and English, the app is free of charge from the App Store and Google Play

"Gardens of Versailles" app: the official garden tour app

With this app’s 3D map and geolocation, the gardens of Versailles will no longer hold any secrets for you. The app offers audio and video comments prepared by the curators, gardeners, fountain engineers and architects at Versailles. A one-hour tour has been specially designed for young people following in the footsteps of Versailles’ fountain engineers.
Available in French and English, the app is available free of charge from the App Store and Google Play.

As a reminder, the Palace, the Trianon Palaces and Marie-Antoinette’s Estate are closed on Mondays. The gardens and the Park are open every day.
