Services adapted to your needs let you fully enjoy the Estate of Versailles.
Caution, you must pay for admission to the gardens on Fountain Shows and Musical Gardens days.

Depending on the work projects undertaken, accessibility at the Palace of Versailles may be modified in the coming months.

The audioguide accompanies visitors through the individual visit itineraries at the Palace (the King and Queen’s Grand Apartments, the King’s Chamber, the History Gallery and the Apartments of Mesdames).

It is available in 11 languages. A children’s audioguide in French is available for youngsters aged 8 and older.

Practical information

The audioguide is available to all visitors free of charge:
- Palace, Passport and 2-Day Passport holders
- Visitors eligible for free admission

Audioguide desks:
- Vestibule of the Gabriel Pavilion (at the start of the Palace visit): daily during opening hours
- Lower Gallery (before the Apartments of Mesdames: Tuesdays and week-ends from 10 am to 2 pm

Free Cloakroom

The following must be left at the cloakroom: canes, umbrellas, pointed, cutting or blunt objects, suitcases, briefcases, rucksacks, grocery bags and all other baggage, strollers, metal baby carriers, prams, scooters, helmets, booms for cameras, reproductions and moulds.
The cloakrooms are located at the Palace entrance (Entrance B for groups – Entrance A for individuals).

This 700 m² restaurant has a contemporary design. It is laid out in a series of several dining rooms.

The Angelina tearoom has become famous as the place to go for Parisian gourmet pleasures. Its 600 m² combine elegance, charm and refinement.

A leisure and picnic area is available to groups (an unheated area accessible within the limits of capacity).
Access to this covered tent can be found before the entrance to the gardens alongside the Palace (accessible without tickets). Picnics are only authorised in the Park and at the Swiss Ornamental Lake (outside the Estate, facing the Orangerie).
