Best visit times

Visit the Grand Apartments at 9:00 am or from 3:00 pm to be able to enjoy the Hall of Mirrors and the other exceptional attractions when they are less crowded.

How much time should I set aside for visiting Versailles?

To get the most out of the Estate and its visit possibilities, it is preferable to plan to spend a complete day at Versailles. You will thus be able to admire at your own pace all the marvellous places to see, from the royal Apartments to the palaces of Trianon and Marie-Antoinette’s Estate, including the park and its legendary groves.

The passport enables you to gain access simply to all these places.
