The Palace of Versailles invites you to take part in #PalaceDay on Twitter and Instagram on Sunday 19 July!

For the fifth consecutive year, palaces all over Europe will be joining on social media to share their history, collections and behind-the-scenes stories to showcase their culture and common heritage. This year, #PalaceDay will be on the theme of music.

Music has been an important element in Royal Courts with famous composers such as Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart who crossed Europa and visited the European Royal Courts. From wonderful operas to big concerts organized for royal events, music is leisure, but it is also an art and a symbol of power, a tool to highlight its prestige.

Discover the palaces of Europe, the musical Heritage, the behind the scenes of European Courts through a journey in music on Social Media !
