Audiophones
The use of audiophones is compulsory for all groups of 5 to 30 people (in addition to the speaker) wishing to visit the Palace of Versailles. The use of audiophones is not compulsory for school groups. However, for a more comfortable visit, you can bring your own equipment or rent one on site.
Price
- 8 for groups of less than 10 people
- 16€ for groups of more than 10 people
Rental on site at the audiophone counter in the Ministers' Wing North 15 minutes before your visit. Payment by card, cheque or cash.
AUdiophones
The audiophone is a lightweight case, worn around the neck with a lanyard. It is supplied to visitors with reusable earphones or internal earpieces.
It is also compatible with inductive loops for hearing impaired visitors.

To collect your audiophone, go to the audiophone desk at the North Ministers' Wing 15 minutes before your scheduled visit with your ticket or confirmation email.
