From September 23 to December 22, 2024, the Palace of Versailles is running a photo contest on Instagram on the theme of fall. You can enter for free by posting your photos on your Instagram account, with the hashtag #VersaillesFall.

Theme
The competition's theme is "fall". Your approach to this theme must be creative, aesthetically pleasing and personal.
As an example, you could picture :
- The palace
- The gardens
- The Versailles estate
- The Trianon estate
The goal of the contest is to present an aspect of Versailles, highlighted by the fall season.
To participate in the contest, you must :
- Follow the Palace's Instagram account : @chateauversailles
- Post your pictures using #VersaillesAutomne / #VersaillesFall
- Tag the Palace's account @chateauversailles on every picture
The selection criteria are as follows :
- match with the theme
- originality
- aesthetic value of the work
The picture's number of "likes" will have no impact on the winners' selection.
The 9 winners will be invited to a meeting of instagrammers, an "instameet." Guided by the social media team of the Palace, they will take a private tour of the Great Apartments and the Gallery of Great Battles.
The winners may be accompanied by a person of their choice.

This ticket gives you access to the estate of Trianon.

This ticket guarantees access to the estate of Trianon (including the Grand Trianon, the Petit Trianon, the Queen's Hamlet and their gardens) starting at noon.
It includes access to :
- the estate of Trianon;
- the tempory exibitions presented there;
- the Gallery of Coaches (every weekend);
- the Royal Tennis Court;
- the Gardens (from 1 November to 30 March only) - to access the Gardens before 1 November, you need a Passport ticket or a Gardens ticket;
- the Park.
The Passport guarantees access to the Estate of Versailles (Palace, Estate of Trianon and the Gardens).
Tickets can be purchased on site subject to availability.
