The "Feather" pastry
A gourmet creation as part of the exhibition "1725. Native American allies at the court of Louis XV"
The Feather pastry is much more than a gourmet creation: it is an encounter between the majesty of Native American ceremonies and the refined elegance of the court of Louis XV. Its name evokes the lightness and grace of the feathers adorning traditional Native American headdresses, symbols of spirituality and freedom. Here, these feathers become the thread of a story in which each flavour recounts a stage of the journey.

The taste experience
From the very first bite, the Feather takes those who taste it on a sensory journey:
Red fruits: a reference to the natural pigments used by Native Americans.
Tea: a reference to the court of Louis XV, where tea became one of the elite's favourite drinks at Versailles. Louis XV himself, passionate in the privacy of his private chambers.
Gold and bright colours: A combination of the richness of Versailles' ornamentation and the vibrancy of Native American adornments.

Feather pastry embodies freedom, curiosity and openness. It tells us that beauty comes from contrasts, that harmony is found in the dialogue between cultures.
A pastry that is not content to be beautiful and tasty: it is a story to be shared.
