The "rose" pastry
A gourmet creation as part of the exhibition "Gardens of the Enlightenment, 1750-1800"
This creation takes the form of a soft, velvety powder-pink dome, crowned with a rose and delicate floral petals.
A composition inspired by the floral ornaments and botanical poetry of 18th-century gardens.
A tangy lime mousse, paying tribute to the Orangery of Versailles, where citrus fruits were meticulously cultivated as symbols of prestige, modernity, and botanical expertise during the Age of Enlightenment.
A vibrant hibiscus & blackberry heart, with a deep, vivid colour inspired by the exotic flowerbeds introduced into the royal gardens.
A rich, melt-in-the-mouth vanilla financier, bringing a touch of indulgence rooted in the finest French pastry tradition.
Crowned with rose, the undisputed queen of the gardens and an enduring symbol of refinement and elegance.
