The Biennale d’architecture et de paysage is an ideal opportunity to discover one of the most magnificent stores of sculptures from the Palace of Versailles and the Louvre Museum in the Sculptures and Mouldings Gallery, a spectacular mineral space designed by Jules Hardouin-Mansart, First Architect to Louis XIV.

For the first time, the Palace of Versailles is opening its doors for an extraordinary virtual reality (VR) journey back in time! Immerse yourself in 1682 and join André Le Nôtre, Louis XIV’s gardener, on a special tour of specific groves of the gardens which are no existing anymore.

From April 1 to October 31 2025, enjoy the Musical Gardens and the Musical Fountains Show in the gardens and groves opened for the occasion. Every Saturday evening from 7 June to 20 September, Monday 14 July and Friday 15 August, discover the Gardens in the evening with the The Night Fountains Show.

Tous à l'Opéra !
Discover the Royal Opera of the Palace of Versailles on 10 and 11 May! As part of Tous à l'Opéra, organised by the Réunion des Opéras de France, the Royal Opera is raising its curtain for you! You can visit this exceptional venue, and watch a baroque danse demonstration by the Royal Opera Ballet. Free admission, no booking required.

The Third Republic at Versailles (1875-1940)
In 2025, the Palace of Versailles celebrates the 150th anniversary of the Third Republic, whose constitutional laws were passed here in 1875. A look back at the chaotic birth of this Republic, which put an end to the Second Empire.
