The museum’s collections contain various medals bearing witness to the history of Versailles over the centuries. In order to reveal these collections to the public, the Palace invited Arthus-Bertrand to delve into the depths of its numismatic archives; its workshops have created medals which are available for sale and are identical reproductions or reinterpretations based on old engravings.
The King’s Medal Cabinet can be found in the Librairie des Princes book and gift store.
