The Palace of Versailles, the Grand and the Petit Trianon are closed and will reopen on Wednesday 19th of May. 
The park of Versailles is currently open to walking from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The last access to the Park is at 6.15 p.m.
Access to the Park is possible by the Queen's gate, the Saint Anthony gate and the Sailors gate
Conditions to access the estate of Versailles.

Access to the Palace and the estate of Trianon is free for visitors under 18 (or under 26 residing in the EU).

A summary of the different tickets to visit the estate of Versailles

During guided tours, a speaker from the Palace invites you into lesser known locations otherwise closed to the visitors.

Except if otherwise indicated, the meeting point for guided tours is at the welcome desk is in the South Ministers’ Wing, except for Trianon's visite where the meeting point is in front of the Petit Trianon. 

Full price: 10 € in addition to the admission price (tickets are not on sale as of Novembre 2020)

Reduced rates: 7 € for the holders of « A Year in Versailles » card, the members of Friends of Versailles Society, and the underage from 10 to 17 years old accompanying, disabled visitors and their companion.

Free: for the children under 10.

Themed tours during the holidays to explore in a playful way the collections and the exhibitions.

You will be guided by a mediator, a plastic artist or a comedian.

Discover the exhibition An Imperial Air, from July to December 2020.

Access to the palace of Versailles and the estate of Trianon is free for everyone below 18 years old, residents of the European Union below 26 years old, teachers in French schools, people with disabilities and one accompanying person, ...

However, time reservations are required for access to the Palace.

On your arrival, go directly to the entrance of the place you want to visit (Entrance A of the Palace, entrance of the Grand Trianon…) with substantiating documents and your ID card.

WARNING: on the days of the Fountains Shows and Musical Gardens, the access to the gardens is free only for children from 0 to 5 years old.

The reduced rate of the Passport(10 euros) allows people who benefit from free admission  (people aged 6 to 17 years old outside the European Union and people aged 6 to 25 who are residents of the European Union... - upon presentation of the exemption of entrance fees during access control) to benefit from priority access to the Palace (according to the schedule). It also includes access to the Fountains Shows or the Musical Gardens.
